Caterlink show support as Banbury United's U18 home shirt sponsor

David Shadbolt28 Sep 2017 - 11:19

The board of Banbury United are delighted to announce that Caterlink will be the club’s U18 home shirt sponsor for the 2017-18 season.

Commenting on the news, Banbury United Commercial Director Mark Allitt said “I’m delighted that Caterlink will be sponsoring the U18 home shirts for the forthcoming season. We have recently reformed the Under 18 team and to have sponsors on board with us straight away is very important. Caterlink Sales Director Richard Flynn has been a keen supporter of the Mini-Puritans sections and I’m very grateful of his support again at this important time.”

Caterlink’s Richard Flynn was equally pleased to get the deal across the line and said “We’re very happy to be supporting Banbury United’s Under 18 team. The club is passionate about its youth development and we’re keen to encourage this and to be involved with a Community owned club is something really special. I’m delighted we’re involved at this exciting time”

Banbury United Interim Chairman Martin Cantrell also commented “The board of Banbury United identified the need for an Under 18 team at an early stage in forming the Community Benefit Society. We now have a bridge from the mini-puritans sections to our first team and we want to see as many players as possible progress from the under 18 team into our first team. We’re extremely grateful for Caterlink’s support to us”
