23 year-old striker Leon Lobjoit played youth football with Milton Keynes Dons and Coventry City and then non-league football with Hemel Hempstead Town, New Bradwell St Peter, Leighton Town, Arlesey Town and Buckingham Town. After scoring over 60 goals for Buckingham last season he signed a two year professional contract with Northampton Town in March 2017. He has had loan spells with Corby Town and Nuneaton Town this season. He joins Banbury on loan until the end of the season.
The club are hopeful of having a further signing to add to the squad for tomorrow but have hit a snag with this as he is still registered with another Southern League Club. Hopefully this will be sorted in time for tomorrow's game and when sorted we will release the details.
