Fleming made 49 appearances across all competitions last season, playing a key role at the heart of The Puritans' defence. Last season, Tai made the most appearances for the Puritans. As number 5, he not only impressed in the defensive box, but was also regularly a threat in the attacking box scoring three league goals and one goal in the FA trophy against Nuneaton. His league goals helped Banbury achieve an away win away at Boston United and a draw at home to Bishop Stortford.

The defender joined the Club from King's Lynn Town last season, having contributed to their promotion challenge during the 2022/23 campaign. He began his career at Norwich City, where he joined as a 10-year-old before moving to Yeovil at the age of 16. Displaying exceptional leadership qualities, Tai captained the youth sides from 2018 to 2020 highlighting he is no stranger to the armband. After his time at Yeovil, Fleming signed a two-year deal with Kings Lynn.

On signing for the Club, Fleming said: "Absolutely buzzing to be back! I feel the manager has put a quality squad together so far and that’s something I’m glad to be apart of.
