The The Archives Section of the Club’s Website has been updated with a file showing match-by-match line ups for the whole of the club’s “Spencer Years” from the first competitive season of 1933/34 to season 1964/65.

There are a number of missing line ups for the club’s first season of competitive football in the Oxfordshire Junior League Banbury Division Section C (1933/34) (no surprise as it was a very low level of football - it has to be accepted that these missing line ups will never be known) but less than a handful of incomplete line ups after that through to the club’s final season as Banbury Spencer in the West Midlands League in season 1964/65.

This file is very much a “dump” for this data so that it is available going forward and does not get lost. Total appearances by each player season by season and the first names of players (where known) can be found in an earlier uploaded file to the archives section.

It is intended to work over the coming months on extending this data into the Banbury United period.
