Match Preview and Spectator Guide for the visit of Darlington tonight

There’s league action at the Banbury Plant Hire Community Stadium tonight as we face Darlington, searching for a win to turn our poor run of form around.

We currently sit 18th and need to capitalise on the games in hand we have on the teams around us. In all of our last three games, the woodwork has denied us - we need a bit of luck and your support to get the season back on track.

Tonight’s opponents Darlington currently sit in 5th place. They face a second long trip in four days having travelled to Kettering on Saturday where they drew 0-0. Their recent form, whilst better than ours, has been patchy with two wins, four draws and four defeats in the last ten games. Goals have been at a premium since the departure to Solihull Moors of Mark Beck in January.

Admission prices are: Adults £15, Concessions £11 Students with ID £8, U18s £5 U11s £2.
You can buy tickets in advance on our online ticketing site.

As advised all our games are now segregated. Banbury supporters should enter the ground via the Town End turnstiles - cash/card and pre-purchased ticket holders may enter here. Pre-purchased ticket holders may also enter via the Clubhouse turnstiles, there is no cash/card payment here. Please follow directions of stewards. Turnstiles will open from 6.30 pm tonight.

We welcome Darlington supporters who have been allocated the Sutton End of the ground. This is standing only. You should enter the ground via the Sutton End turnstiles that are to the far left of the main car park. Stewards will be on hand to direct you. Toilets, refreshments including bar sales are available at the Sutton End but there is no access to the clubhouse for away supporters. Turnstiles will open from 6.30 pm.

With a large crowd anticipated please ensure you leave plenty of time for parking (see below) and getting into the ground.

We are reusing the 56 page programme produced for the original game plus a 12 page insert with up to date information available at a cost of £2 tonight.

A reminder again that possession or use of smoke bombs or pyros within a football ground is a criminal offence.. We are reviewing cctv footage from Saturday and will take action against those who used them. We anticipate a fine from the FA because of this. If you support the team you would not use these.

There is very limited spectator parking at the ground. It is always available for those requiring accessible parking. Spectators also cannot park on Station Approach or on Tramway Road. Additional car parking is available close by in the Banbury Railway Station car park off Station Approach, the cost for evenings is £1 but you need to pay on the RINGO app. This includes Banbury Station East Car Park the multi storey car park in Merton Street. Although slightly further from the ground you will be able to depart quicker from this car park after the game than from Station Approach.
