Joe is 24-year-old striker who joins the Puritans on loan from Oxford City. He's a product of the Northampton Town academy. Whilst at Northampton, Joe made five first team appearances in various competitions and had a number of loan spells with non-league clubs including time with Banbury United towards the end of season 2018/19, making nine appearances for the Puritans and scoring two goals.

Joe was the leading goalscorer for City last season, scoring 22 National League South goals and scored six league goals for them in the first half of this season but has found game time limited since the turn of the year.
