He was spotted by West Ham scouts captaining the Newham and Essex Schools representative side and joined the Hammers as a schoolboy. He developed through their academy to be given a two year scholarship in the summer of 2010.

In the second year of his scholarship he was a regular in the West Ham Under 18 side and also made over ten appearances for their Development Squad. His progress resulted in him singing a professional contract in the summer of 2012.

This season he had made a couple of appearances for the Development squad, prior to West Ham announcing at the end of December that agreement had been reached between player and club to terminate his contract.
