Max started his career at Tring Athletic, making 60 appearances in two years after breaking in to the first team. He then joined Aylesbury United in June 2018 making 46 appearances in the 2018/19 season, scoring 9 goals. Max then moved to a higher level with Kings Langley where he made 19 appearances and scored 3 goals. This was followed by a short spell with Berkhamsted before ultimately returning to Aylesbury United in January 2020.

Max had this to say upon signing “I’m delighted to sign for Banbury, I’m so invested in the club’s ambition and style of play I believe it goes hand in hand with my ambitions. I can’t wait to be out there in front of the many supporters who are so passionate about their club!”

Manger Andy Whing said of Max joining. “It’s a good time to bring an exciting young player like Max into the squad. He is a great fit for the club and I am sure he will excite the fans”.

Subject to all paperwork being approved Max, who trains with the squad tonight, will travel with the team to Leiston on Saturday
