Appointed Assistant Manager in July 2024. As a striker, Tom played for Woodford United Daventry Town, Banbury United. Bedworth United, Cogenhoe United, AFC Rushden & Diamonds and, after a return to Daventry Town, Cambridge City before re-joining Rushden at the start of last season as a player and taking on an assistant manager role. Retired from playing at the end of last season. His spell at Banbury, in the first half of season 2012/13, saw him make 16 appearances and score six goals.
